Food trucks emerged after the Coronavirus shut down the world. These restaurants on wheels are an innovative method for businesses to bring their classic dishes to YOU! I graduated from high school in 2020 and struggled to find a way to shelter the food from everyone’s germs. So to combat this issue, we rented a local food truck – it was the ultimate crowd pleaser!

The Bearded Bagel serves a wide-variety of bagel sandwiches for breakfast and lunch. If you are looking for a spicy breakfast sandwich, try the ‘Bulldog Breakfast’ with meats and jalapeƱos. On the other hand, if you are looking for a lunch time delight, try the ‘Better BLT’ that is an elevated version of your average BLT.
Additionally, this business entity owns a counterpart known as the Bearded Burger, which was phenomenal. The smash burgers with an assortment of toppings and a side of onion petals was a smashing hit!
I have had true authentic Mexican dishes while traveling but never in Indiana until a recent graduation party that served Pronto Taco. They served “street-style cuisine fresh off the grill” that served a sensationally delicious experience. I ordered the two taco special – one chorizo taco and one pollo taco – with chips and salsa. Additionally, they served a variety of flavorful, sugar cane sodas from Mexico.
Large individual slices of pizza have brought the Italian flare of New York to Indianapolis! Brozinni’s has catered several of my family functions with their New York-style, thin crust pizza and buttery parmesan garlic knuckles. My personal favorite is the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway, which is a meat lovers classic but add ranch dressing and chicken!
